The Empire boots draw inspiration from the archival Seditionary boots,first introduced in the house’s Autumn-Winter 1983 collection. The design features an oiled leather finish and adorned with belted leather straps and roller-buckle details, evoking themes of restriction and control inspired by bondage and fetish wear.
